Please read the following carefully and let us know if you have any questions before placing your order. By placing an order you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.
General Shipping & Delivery Details.
Most orders are processed next business day and shipping takes 3-6 business throughout continental USA.
Most of our products are shipped from the USA. All orders to Canada are generally shipped within 2 business days using US Mail. You may choose your shipping option from the checkout page when completing your order. If any product you order is not available in Canada we will notify you within 24 hours and refund your credit card accordingly. Please Note: We are not responsible for any products refused by Canada Customs.
When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with a list of the products shipped and tracking information.
All online orders are confirmed by an autogenerated email. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact us and let us know. In this email you will receive a copy of your invoice.
When you checkout your order you will see the shipping costs and will also be able to make changes to request other shipping methods for your products.
Local or International Packages Returned
Any package returned undeliverable or refused. The product total on the invoice will be refunded less processing charges AND shipping costs (when free shipping is given) unless we made an error with the address of the package. Any extra delivery/shipping charges due to customer error will be deducted from the refund as well as other charges according to our Refund Policy on Returned Products.
Any INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT that has the correct delivery address but not delivered and returned for any reason will have the shipping cost and any extra return delivery costs deducted from the total refund. Other charges as per our refund policy apply.
Any nutrition products returned for refund must be unopened in its original container with the safety seal intact. Other products must be returned in a saleable condition. A 12% restocking fee may be applied.
Refund Policy - Premier Research Nutrition Products
All Premier Nutrition Products must be returned unopened postmarked within 30 days of the original postmark of the order to qualify for a refund. A 12% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping costs are not refunded and will be deducted from returns if originally shipped free or at a reduced rate. Call 604 264-8420 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number before returning any product. Products returned without a RAN will be discarded and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy - Other Than Nutrition Products
Products must be returned unopened within 30 days to qualify for a refund unless another return agreement is stated on the web site for that particular product. Shipping costs are not refunded and may be deducted from returns originally shipped FREE or at a reduced rate. Products must be returned in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund. No refund will be given for products returned in a damaged or hurt condition. Products that contain a cartridge that has been used the cost of replacing the cartridge may be applied to the refund. An additional Return Fee of $6.00 is applied to all returns. A restocking fee of up to a maximum of 20% of the original purchase price may be applied. Refund Policy - Functional State Correctors
60 Day Money Back Guarentee - Full Refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) less a 10% re-stocking fee. Products must be returned in a re-salable condition. Include original packaging. Please call or email us for your RAN# before the end of the 60 day period which starts from the date the product was delivered. Products must be mailed to us within 14 days of receiving a RAN#. Products returned without a RAN# are non-refundable.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from pH Pure Health are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you (the Customer) upon our delivery to the carrier.
